Development Plans
Review the Durham Region Official Plan, the Township of Brock Official Plan and the Community Improvement Plans prior to starting a new development project. All new developments need to meet the rules and regulations outlined in these plans.
Organizational Review
Council retained Performance Concepts Consulting, using funds from the Municipal Modernization Program, to conduct an organizational review of the Township of Brock. The Report with recommendations was brought to Council on November 9, 2020.
Over the course of 2023, the Performance Concepts team has worked with Brock Council and staff to execute the Core Services Review (CSR). The Summery Report consists of several components including Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), Situational Analysis, Performance Brand, and Wildly Important Goals (WIGS)
