Other ways to cool down
- Visit our splash bad at the Beaverton Harbour from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Take a dip in Lake Simcoe
- Stay indoors and in shaded areas during peak heat hours
- Drink lots of water or non-alcoholic fluids
- Avoid strenuous activities
- Cover your head with a hat
- Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher.
