Regional Road 15, Township of Brock - Beaver River Bridge - Canadian Navigable Waters Act
The Regional Municipality of Durham hereby gives notice that a submission has been made to the Navigable Waters Registry, pursuant to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act for public comment described herein and its site and plans.
Pursuant to paragraph 10(1)(b) of the said Act, The Regional Municipality of Durham has deposited with the Minister of Transport, on the online Common Project Search Registry and under registry number 10815, a description of the following work, its site and plans: the existing Beaver River Bridge is proposed for replacement with a temporary bridge, over the Beaver River at approximately 44° 25’ 29.06069”N, 79° 7’ 26.28770”W, Durham Regional Road 15, Township of Brock, Region of Durham, in the Province of Ontario.
