Committee of the Whole
- 2024 Operating Results - Actual to Budget report was presented to Council and staff were authorized to transfer any budget overages as a result of caring for sick and injured animals from the Sick & Injured Animals Trust account.
- 2024-Q3 Fire Response report was received by Council highlighting the various calls received by the Brock Fire Department during this quarter.
- The Brock Fire Department has requested a replacement vehicle, and Council has directed staff to secure the purchase of a pumper fire truck from Dependable Emergency Vehicle. Staff will develop a truck replacement program to replace pumper(s) upon reaching 20 years of age and replace tankers & rescue trucks upon reaching 25 years of age.

- Council has signed a memorandum of understanding with Heart of Ontario Snowmobile Club to grant permission to access, operate and maintain snowmobile trails and utilize municipal land.
- Council has passed a resolution for Township staff initiate the services of a transit consultant to investigate the options on developing a “made in Brock” solution to transit
