Notice of a Virtual Public Open House for the Downtown Community Improvement Plan on April 30, 2024
The Township is preparing a new Downtown Community Improvement Plan (CIP) to help stimulate investment in the downtown areas of Beaverton, Cannington, and Sunderland study area map. The Downtown CIP provides financial incentives to stimulate private investment to lands in the downtowns and helps to promote beautification, commercial revitalization, tourism, residential choice, intensification of properties, preservation of heritage and architectural buildings, and sustainable development within the downtown cores.
A virtual public open house is being held to present information about the Downtown CIP project and answer questions and obtain input from the public. Should you wish to participate electronically, please register in advance of the meeting by emailing Robin Prentice, Director of Development Services with the Township of Brock, at robin.prentice@brock.ca. You must receive the meeting link from the Township to participate.
Additional information on the Downtown CIP review is available on the Township’s website or by contacting Robin Prentice, Director of Development Services, at 705-432-2355 ext.235 or robin.prentice@brock.ca.
