- Cannington Lions Club have proposed a new community initiative to relocate and expand the existing half size basketball court in Cannington's MacLeod Park. Council accepted the proposal and directed staff to work with the Cannington Lions Club to coordinate the installations in conjunction with the resurfacing of the former skateboard area.

- Council has authorized staff to proceed with the issuance of the contract for the Rick MacLeish Memorial Community Centre Roof repair to Sinclair Industrial Roofing for the installation of an EPDM membrane at the cost of $65,000.00 plus HST.
- Council has authorized staff to enter into a Family Physician Recruitment Program Memorandum of Understanding
