In July Fishers Your Independent Grocer raised $4946.80 for the Township of Brock Dench Animal Shelter as part of their Give a Little Campaign. 100 % of the donations raised will go to the Sick and Injured Animal Fund which are used to directly support the emergency medical treatment of sick and injured animals that arrive at the Brock Animal Shelter. The fund also supports spay, neutering, vaccination and enrichment of shelter animals.
The Animal Shelter team and the Township of Brock and Council cannot thank you enough for this donation. The last two years have been an extremely difficult for staff to feed, house and provide emergency veterinary care and intervention for dogs, cats and the wildlife of our community and the money your staff and customers have collected is life saving for these animals.
