The Township of Brock Council Discussed the follow:
- Brock Minor Hockey has requested an Ice Extension in the Foster Hewitt Memorial Community Centre for the 2024/2025 Season. Council has approved the request for continuation of ice for the 2024/2025 ice season up to May 11, 2025.
- Council received a report on the Foster Hewitt Memorial Community Centre Auditorium Tender Results and awarded the contract to Mazand Rah Borna Canada Inc.
- Council has approved the sale of Wilfrid Hall (land and building). In 2023 The Township embarked on a Core Service Review and Parks, Recreation and Culture Master Plan and both 3rd party consultations recommended the divestiture of this asset. Council would like to thank the Wilfrid Hall Community Association for their years of service, hosting events for the community.

- Council has approved the Sale of a portion of the Unopened Laneway - Sunderland,
- Beaverton Barrel Racing Club will host events on May 25, June 22, July 1 (at the request of the Beaverton Lions Club Canada Day Event), July 27, August 24 and September 7, 2025 at the Beaverton Fairgrounds.
