Beaver River Museum

Operated by the Beaverton Thorah Eldon Historical Society, the museum features a number of historical buildings to tour.

Visit the 1850s log house, brick house, and a mid-19th century stone jail furnished with local artifacts. The Meeting Place houses a large meeting and display room, archives, office, collection storage, and a video-editing studio.

The society holds monthly meetings and also hosts tours, programs and special events.

The museum is located at 284 Simcoe Street, Beaverton and is open from 1:30-4:30 pm Thursday-Monday.
