John Henry is re-elected as Regional Chair

Based on the unofficial results provided by each of the eight area municipal clerks (Ajax, Brock, Clarington, Oshawa, Pickering, Scugog, Uxbridge and Whitby) – John Henry has been re-elected to the position of Regional Chair/Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
As soon as possible, after voting day, official results will be sent to the Regional Clerk by all eight municipal clerks. The Regional Clerk will use this information to prepare the final summary and officially declare the candidate elected.

Public Skating - Foster Hewitt Memorial Community Centre

Please be advised that public skating will now be available at the Foster Hewitt Memorial Community Centre on Friday, October 21st and Friday, October 28 from 8:30 p.m. - 9:20 p.m.
Starting Friday's November 4, public skating will go back to its regular schedule on Friday's from 7:30 p.m. - 9:20 p.m.

Municipal Office Closure

Please note that The Township of Brock Municipal Administration Office located at 1 Cameron Street East, Cannington, will be closed for Thanksgiving on Monday, October 10, 2022.

Truth and Reconciliation

The Township of Brock honoured the intent of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation with a flag raising ceremony today, September 29th, 2022. This day of reflection marks one step on the long and important journey towards reconciliation.
