The Regional Municipality of Durham is advising residents and businesses in Sunderland of
upcoming construction of a new drilled well to replace the existing Municipal Well 3.
When: Thursday, September 19 until Friday, November 1.

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham is advising residents of lane restrictions on Cameron Street West (Regional Road 12) in the community of Cannington in the Township of Brock.
When: September 16 to October 19. Unfavourable weather conditions may impact the work schedule.

Beaver River Bridge Replacement Update August 16, 2024

The Region of Durham is currently designing temporary and permanent replacements of the Beaver River Bridge, located on Regional Road 15 east of Highway 12, in the Township of Brock. The existing bridge will be replaced with a new structure and is scheduled to commence construction in 2026 and be completed in 2027. In the interim, a temporary bridge is tentatively scheduled to be opened to traffic in the fall of 2024.
Both the temporary and permanent bridges are in the design stage.

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham is advising residents of an upcoming road closure on Regional Road 13 in the Township of Brock.
Where: Regional Road 13 from 732 metres east of Lakeridge Road to 810 metres west of Sideroad 17, in Brock.

The Region of Durham is currently designing temporary and permanent replacements of the Beaver River Bridge, located on Regional Road 15 east of Highway 12, in the Township of Brock. The existing bridge will be replaced with a new structure and is scheduled to commence construction in 2026 and be completed in 2027.
