Where: Osborne Street at the intersection of Bay Street, in Beaverton.

upcoming construction of a new drilled well to replace the existing Municipal Well 3.

Whitby, Ontario – Starting July 1,The Regional Municipality of Durham will be accepting diapers, menstrual products, incontinence products, pet waste and pet litter in the Green Bin for weekly curbside collection. The enhanced program will continue to use the same style of Green Bins.

Environment and Climate Change Canada has issued a Heat Warning for Durham Region commencing June 17, 2024. Dangerously hot and humid conditions are expected through most of the week.
This is being shared with community partners so that heat response plans can be activated, and the public can take precautions. Infants, children, older adults, people who are pregnant, and people with pre-existing medical conditions are more at risk for heat-related illnesses.
