ACCEPTING INTAKE FOR CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT FUNDING APPLICAIONS

Community organizations are invited to submit an application from the Charity Golf Tournament.
Applications should include details regarding estimated costs, other fund-raising efforts, expected completion dates and the expected benefits for the youth and the community.
All applications for funding must adhere to the following criteria:
- Youth-oriented projects only
- Completed by a local non-profit organization or group within or serving the residents of the Township of Brock

Beaver River Bridge update on behalf of the Ministry of Transportation

In November 2023, due to concerns with the condition of the bridge, ministry engineers recommended the bridge be closed to traffic while a thorough structural assessment was carried out.
The structural assessment and Bridge Load Testing have now been completed and unfortunately, the results do not support a full reopening of the bridge. Township of Brock introduces hybrid Council meeting format

The Township of Brock Council is welcoming residents to attend Council and Committee of the Whole meetings in person with the launch of a hybrid meeting model which commences January 15, 2023 . This will enable the public to participate both in person in Council Chambers or virtually from a remote location online by video or by phone.
To make the hybrid format possible, the municipality has enhanced both audio and visual equipment to create a quality experience for participants.

Winter update - Sunderland and Cannington public access to municipal water

Cannington and Sunderland public access water has been shut off for the 2024 winter months. Public access in Beaverton will remain in service.
